Reflexology

Plantar reflexology

Plantar reflexology is a manipulation and acupressure technique that is applied to the feet, both on the plant and on the back.

This technique, through the stimulation of specific areas, results in the endocrine system to be rebalanced and in self-healing.

The birth of plantar reflexology is lost in the mists of time, in fact, documents place it simultaneously in different parts of the world.

Modern western plantar reflexology is credited to Eunice Ingham, who developed and deepened the concepts of William Fitzgerald, creating a map of the different reflex points on the feet.

The type of plantar reflexology that I practice in my sessions is the result of years of experience, a combination of Ayurveda method, western method, aromatherapy and, often, crystal therapy.

This makes each session a unique and unrepeatable experience, each time adapted to the needs that the customer has at that specific time.
