In 2001 I started a 12-month professional training course in foot reflexology in Turin. The drive to do that was the desire to help others and myself to feel good.

After the training I started working as a part-time reflexologist. At the same time, I could continue studying, and I was able to integrate the use of Bach flowers, Crystal Therapy, Aromatherapy and Chromium Therapy into my Plantar Therapy.

In the following years I furthered my training with Usui Reiki, with the Theta Healing DNA I & II by Vianna Stibal, with a first level of Thai massage and the first level of EFT with Andrea Fredi.

In 2014 I started a training course at the Krishna Lila centre where I could deepen Foot Reflexology and Crystal Therapy.

With Guruji Mahendra Sirsat I also embarked on a path of vibrational energetic techniques that I use during energetic purification practices, in canalizations and during any kind of treatment.

With all my wealth of experience and my sensitivity, I create a type of Foot Reflexology that is totally unique and personal, which is suitable for every different need.

In June 2019 I obtained the Certified AromaTouch® Technique Practitioner and practicing I found that the power of these oils is truly exceptional.
