My educational journey into reflexology began in 2001 in Torino, Italy with a 12 month professional course. My motivation was the desire to help others and myself to feel good.

After the training, I started working part-time as a reflexologist. At the same time, I was able to keep studying and I started using Bach flowers, crystal therapy, aromatherapy and chromotherapy in my plantar reflexology.

Then in the years that followed, I did more training in Usui Reiki, Theta Healing DNA I & II by Vianna Stibal, Thai massage level 1 and EFT level 1 with Andrea Fredi.

In 2014 I started a training course at the Krishna Lila centre where I got to learn different techniques of Plantar Reflexology and Crystal Therapy.

I also embarked on a path of vibrational energetic techniques with Guruji Mahendra Sirsat, which I use during energetic purification practices, in canalizations and during any kind of treatment.

With all my experience and sensitivity, I created a type of Plantar Reflexology that is totally unique and personal, suitable for every need.

In June 2019, I became a Certified AromaTouch® Technique Practitioner and through my practice, I have found that reflexology combined with the power of high-quality essential oils is truly extraordinary.
