MEET ANDREA – CERTIFIED MASSAGE & POSTURAL THERAPY SPECIALIST
My journey into holistic wellness began through a lifelong passion for martial arts. Studying the profound connections between movement, human anatomy, and energy—the foundational principles of Eastern philosophy—ignited in me a deep curiosity to understand the human body and pursue natural pathways to well-being, both for myself and others.
In 2000, I formalised this passion by beginning my professional training in alternative therapies and holistic care. Over the past two decades, I have specialised in Therapeutic Massage, combining Deep Tissue and Methameric Connective Massage techniques; Aromatherapy Massage, harnessing the therapeutic power of essential oils; the Pancafit® Raggi Method for postural rebalancing; and Touch For Health Kinesiology, a natural healing system integrating muscle testing with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.
My approach bridges Eastern wisdom and Western anatomical science—every treatment I design is rooted in the belief that the body, when properly aligned and listened to, possesses an extraordinary capacity to heal itself.
