Your use of Our Website (www.studiora.net) is subject to these terms and conditions together with any additional terms and policies referred to in them (“Our Terms”).

These terms and conditions of service together with any terms and policies referred to in them (“Our Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StudioRA Limited (“StudioRA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
USE OF OUR SITE
Our Terms govern your use of our website (“Our Website”), the Services (“Services”) and the online Booking (“online Booking“). By using Our Website, the Services or the online Booking, you agree to comply with Our Terms.
The online Booking system is managed by a third party, ClinicSense, an all-in-one clinic and massage management software that offers online scheduling, treatment notes, forms, finance, communication tools and more.
Please read Our Terms carefully and thoroughly. If you do not accept Our Terms, you must not make an online Booking through StudioRA for any Treatment.
PERSONAL DATA
In order to provide online Booking Treatment,
ClinicSense may collect personal data from you. Before making an online Booking with us please read our privacy policy.
CONSUMER TERMS
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Booking and Cancellation) as per the Consumer Protection Act requires StudioRA to give you certain key information for there to be a legally binding contract between you and us. This information is set out below. Details on how to make an online Booking are set out below. If we wish to change any key information once a legally binding contract is made, we can only do this if you agree to it.
ELIGIBLE USE
You confirm that you are of legal age to access and use Our Website and/or online Booking and of legal capacity to agree to Our Terms. You are not eligible to use the online Booking if you are under the age of 18. We ask that all minors under the age of 18 do not submit any personal information to us. Minors of 18 years old and younger may partake in a treatment by StudioRA only when consent has been given by a parent or guardian.
OUR SERVICES
StudioRA provides on the website www.studiora.net, Google Business Profile or Social Profile an online Booking service (the “Services”) for a range of the following treatments:

Aromatherapy Massage
AromaTouch® Technique
Pancafit®
Reflexology
Crystal Therapy
Karmic Crystal Healing
Reflexology with Crystal Therapy
Reflexology with Aromatherapy
Reflexology with Aromatherapy and Crystal Therapy
(hereinafter called “Treatments”) that are performed in each and every case by Andrea Tadello and Roberta Enrico.
The Services we offer allow you to search through Our Website and purchase Treatments through online Booking.
However, as stated above, the contract for the purchase of the Treatments is between you and StudioRA Limited.
BOOKING PROCESS & PAYMENT
You can make an online Booking through Our Website by choosing the Therapist and Treatment.
Your payment details will be requested at the time of booking and payment will be collected when you make a booking.
By making an online Booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information including without limitation billing and payment information.
StudioRA collects your personal details, but payments details are collects by the Payment Gateway.
Once your online Booking is accepted and confirmed, you will receive confirmation of your appointment by email.
By making an online Booking, you are responsible for full payment of the applicable Treatment Fee.
PRICES
Please note that all fees and charges are inclusive of VAT. Treatment and prices are set out on Our Website and online Booking.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to the responsibilities noted above, it is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information at the time of online Booking. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in a rejection of your booking request, cancellation of your booking or the inability of the booked Therapist to provide the Treatment as requested. Such failure may also result in loss or incorrect delivery of your booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service. If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
No-shows:
Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals:
We are aware that delays may occur. In the event of a delay, the appointment will still be made, but please understand that it may be shorter than usual to accommodate the next customer’s booking.
Exceptions:
We recognize emergencies and special circumstances can occur. Exceptions to Our Terms are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of StudioRA management.
Refunds:
Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable except in the case of StudioRA initiated cancellations (or qualifying exceptions as determined by management).
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.
These policies are in place to ensure that Therapists’ time is respected as well as ensuring a relaxed and stress-free experience for our clients.
StudioRA will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of delay due to circumstances out of their control.
